In response to your inquiry, Mr. Patterson was charged with:
Assault-domestic
Assault-on a law enforcement officer
Resisting arrest
The initial court appearance is set for October 4, 1999.
The report is available for inspection as per the Tennessee Public Records
Act.

        Capt. Honeycutt:

        I'm interested in whether the report claims any potential criminal
or civil action beyond a domestic disorder.

        Was there any refusal to follow a direct order, fighting with police
or resisting arrest.

        If you are not certain, I would gladly pay the cost of  of faxing
